Hello! I'm a dedicated massage therapist with 5 years of experience in the field. I obtained my degree from Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, NC. 

My interest in massage therapy began during an internship as an interfaith chaplain at a level one trauma center. I witnessed the power of massage to reduce chronic pain, eliminate stress and anxiety, and assist patients in connecting their mind, body & spirit. I became passionate about bodywork and helping people on their journey to health and whole-body wellness.

From 2020-2023 I had a successful business in NC serving clients with a wide variety of conditions. A few areas of interest include chronic pain, stress management, neck and/or shoulder pain, hip mobility, and terminal illness. I moved back to Oregon last year to be closer to family and I'm excited to serve the people of Eugene/Springfield.
